How to Serve as Jesus Served

Philippians 2:6-8

Scripture describes Jesus's service to sinful humanity in the following ways:

1. He made himself of no reputation. Are you willing to sacrifice your reputation for the Gospel?
2. He took the form of a bondservant. Are you motivated to have the heart of a servant?
3. He came in the likeness of man. Are you willing to lay down your self-interests?
4. He humbled himself. Are you known for your humble spirit? 
5. He became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. Are you living in obedience and submission to God?
